LUMA Hotel Times Square is seeking a service-oriented Door/Bell Attendant to join our team in New York City. You will escort guests, handle luggage, and provide door service and transportation assistance with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must have 1-2 years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to and from rooms in a professional manner.
• Handle guest luggage and ensure safe handling of baggage.
• Provide door service to and from the hotel and assist with transportation.
• Respond to guests' needs and requests in a friendly manner from arrival to departure.
