Job summary

Ro Health is seeking part-time Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Class Aides to support students across Arizona districts for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers part-time and per diem schedules with 19–21 USD per hour, depending on assignment and experience, and weekly pay with credentialing assistance.

You will provide 1:1 or small-group support, assist with instructional activities, and help manage behavior under certified staff guidance, contributing to a safe learning environment

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or ParaPro Certification.
• Experience with children in school, camp, or care settings preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience in behavior management.
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs.
• Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development.
• Support students with special education needs under certified staff guidance.
• Foster a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors.
