Ro Health, LLC is hiring Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Class Aides to support diverse learners across Arizona districts for the 2026–2027 school year. You’ll provide classroom and 1:1 support, assist with instruction and social-emotional development, and work under certified staff guidance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree or ParaPro Certification required.
• Experience with children in school, camp, or care settings preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of behavior management experience.
• Team-oriented and reliable with strong communication.

Responsibilities

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (Monday–Friday, School Hours)

Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hour (depending on assignment & experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs

What You’ll Need:

• Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or ParaPro Certification
• Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred)
• Experience with behavior management (6 months minimum - required)
• Inclination to work well in a team environment
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting
