Job summary

Ro Health is seeking Behavioral Health Paraprofessionals and Class Aides for the 2026–2027 school year in Arizona. This per diem role offers Monday–Friday schedules, 8:00am–3:00pm and pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour depending on assignment and experience.

You will support diverse learners across district placements with flexible, meaningful work. As part of our Arizona Behavioral Team, you’ll work under certified staff, provide 1:1 or small-group support, assist with instructional

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or ParaPro certification.
• Experience with children in school, camp, or care settings preferred.
• Experience with behavior management (minimum 6 months) required.
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs.
• Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development.
