Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring passionate Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Behavioral Health Class Aides to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the 2026-2027 school year. This role focuses on supporting diverse learners and the flexibility of working with a dedicated staffing partner.

You will provide classroom and 1:1 support, assist with instructional activities and behavior management under certified staff, and help foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 60+ cumulative college level courses.
• Experience working with children in school, camp, or care settings (preferred).
• Experience with behavior management (6 months minimum) is required.
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting.
• Reliable, compassionate and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs.
• Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development.
• Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff.
• Foster a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors.
