Job summary

Ro Health is hiring passionate Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Behavioral Health Class Aides to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the 2026–2027 school year. This position focuses on supporting diverse learners and benefiting from the flexibility and variety of assignments with an experienced staffing partner.

Opportunities across multiple districts in the Greater Phoenix Area, with West Valley, North/Deer Valley, Paradise Valley and Central Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 60+ college-level credits.
• Experience with behavior management (6 months minimum).
• Experience with children in school, camp, or care settings (preferred).
• Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting.
• Reliable, compassionate and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs
• Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development
• Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff
• Foster a safe, supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors
