SeaView Community Services in Seward, Alaska is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to support our ACT Team. This temporary role offers the opportunity to provide community-based care and nursing services to individuals with significant behavioral health needs. Compensation is $40–$50 per hour, with a flexible schedule from 8 to 40 hours per week and an initial 90-day appointment with potential for permanent employment.

Qualificações

• Current Alaska LPN or RN licensure required.
• Experience in behavioral health or community-based healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, person-centered approach to working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing assessments, health monitoring, and medication support within scope of practice.
• Support medication management and coordination with psychiatric and primary care providers.
• Help clients manage physical and behavioral health needs.
• Participate in team meetings, treatment planning, and care coordination.
• Provide nursing services in clinical and community settings.
• Build supportive, therapeutic relationships that promote recovery and independence.
