Job summary

SeaView Community Services in Seward, Alaska, is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) to support the ACT Team. The position is temporary for 90 days with potential for permanent employment and offers a flexible schedule from 8 to 40 hours per week.

You will perform nursing assessments, health monitoring, and medication support within your licensure scope, and coordinate care with psychiatric and primary care providers in community and clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold Alaska LPN or RN licensure.
• Experience in behavioral health or community-based care is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessments, health monitoring, and medication support within licensure scope.
• Support medication management and coordinate with psychiatric and primary care providers.
• Help clients manage physical and behavioral health needs.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, treatment planning, and care coordination.
• Deliver nursing services in clinical and community settings.
