Job summary

First Children Services is seeking a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician in the Berlin, NJ region. You will implement Individual Support Plans under supervision, delivering compassionate home care across multiple settings, with post-training permanent placements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years working with children.
• Comfortable in diverse settings without direct supervision.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and documentation.
• Proficient with daily documentation and technology.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in designated region.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and submit documentation promptly.
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team for positive outcomes.
• Complete administrative tasks when billable hours are unavailable.
