Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Westfield, Massachusetts. This position offers flexibility and the potential to transition into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

The responsibilities include working closely with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress. Candidates should hold a high school diploma, with a preference for those with a Bachelor’s degree in related fields. Exceptional growth opportunities and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be able to actively engage clients and lift weights as required.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
