Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Rowe, Massachusetts. These part-time positions offer flexible scheduling and the potential to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working with children with autism using ABA strategies and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
