Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants in Wayne, Michigan. These part-time positions allow for the potential to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Your responsibilities will include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and collecting data on client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Physical ability to engage with clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training sessions.
