Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Bay City, Michigan, is seeking Entry-Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work directly with children with autism. This part-time role offers the opportunity to grow into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and assist clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
