Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Detroit, Michigan. These part-time positions offer a pathway to full-time roles and focus on working with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, education, or childcare is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions.
• Capacity to lift up to 50lbs and move unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
