Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Troy, Michigan. These part-time positions have the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be able to actively engage clients during sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and go from sitting to standing unassisted.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
