Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in Burton, Michigan. These positions offer the potential for growth into full-time as caseloads expand, emphasizing flexible scheduling and work-life balance.

Responsibilities include working one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining communication with families. Qualifications

• High school diploma, Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education or related field a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
