Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Towanda, Kansas. Candidates will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing treatment plans and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, with a bachelor's in a related field being a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
