Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Olathe, Kansas. These part-time roles offer the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing individualized treatment plans, and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in relevant field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required for local travel.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
