Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is offering entry-level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Wamego, Kansas. These part-time positions come with opportunities to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand. Ideal candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and actively engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
