Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Stanton Township, Michigan. The roles involve working directly with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma needed; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
