Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles in Michigan. Part-time positions are available with opportunities to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working directly with children with autism, implementing treatment plans under supervision, and tracking client progress. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions and lift up to 50lbs is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
