Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Novi, Michigan. Part-time positions are available with potential to grow into full-time roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
