Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50 lbs, and travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and track data on client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families to ensure success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
