Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work with children with autism. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance into full-time roles as caseloads grow.

Candidates will implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to track client progress. Strong engagement skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential. Comprehensive benefits are available for those working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally as required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
