Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work with children with autism using ABA strategies. These part-time positions offer flexibility and the chance to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor's in a related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients actively and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
