Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants to work with children with autism. These part-time positions allow for flexible scheduling and the ability to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans under supervision, collecting data on client progress, and working closely with families to ensure success. Competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits are offered for employees working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from BCBA.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
