Qualifications

• High school diploma is mandatory; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
