Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring both Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Odenton, Maryland. The part-time positions offer flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
