Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Catonsville, Maryland. This part-time position offers an opportunity to grow into a full-time role as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s in relevant field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and training.
