Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from BCBA.
• Collect and track data on client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education experience

Ability to engage clients

Education

High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education a plus)
