Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Snow Hill, Maryland. These part-time positions offer the potential to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and collecting data to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and actively engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and teams to ensure success.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
