Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Napa, California, is seeking both entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). These part-time positions offer the opportunity to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

If you enjoy making a difference in children's lives, you'll work directly with clients using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing treatment plans and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in relevant fields is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
