Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Patterson, California is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part‑time positions, with potential to grow into full‑time. You will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing treatment plans and tracking client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, or education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
