Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in McMinnville, Oregon. These part-time positions have the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies while implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage actively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
