Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Sutherlin, Oregon. These part-time positions offer the possibility of growing into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies, and implementing individualized treatment plans. Candidates should have a high school diploma and reliable transportation. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally (if required).
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
