Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Canyonville, Oregon. These part-time positions offer the opportunity to transition into full-time roles as caseloads expand. The job includes working closely with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies, and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Ability to actively engage clients and assist them physically as required.
• Willingness to travel locally and possess reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement and follow individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Strong communication skills

Education
