Qualifications

• High school diploma is required, Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is beneficial.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
