Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Longview, Texas. Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field beneficial.
• Ability to engage clients actively and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
