Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Austin, Texas is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). The positions are part-time, with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies, implement individualized treatment plans, and collect data to track progress. The roles offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and several attractive benefits including paid travel and medical insurance for 30+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.
• Physical capability to engage clients, including lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Collect and record data for client progress using PBS tools.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
