The selected candidates will work directly with children who have autism, following ABA strategies and ensuring effective communication with families. The role includes implementing treatment plans and attending team meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required, a Bachelor’s is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for local travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and actively engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
