Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time positions in Rusk, Texas. These roles offer the opportunity to transition into full-time as caseloads grow, with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare or education is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend supervisions, meetings, and training.
