Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in La Follette, Tennessee. These part-time positions offer the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
