Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is offering part-time positions for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Jacksboro, Tennessee. These roles involve working with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans, and communicating with families for client success.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or in childcare/education is a plus.
• Must be able to engage clients actively during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Reliable transportation

Education

High school diploma
