Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) based in Englewood, Tennessee. These part-time positions allow growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

The ideal candidates will work with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies and individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions.
• Go from sitting to standing unassisted.
• Lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
