Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Johnson City, TN is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism. The roles offer part-time positions with opportunities for growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

Successful candidates will implement treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and communicate with families and clinical teams. We prioritize work-life balance with flexible scheduling and competitive pay including quarterly bonuses and benefits for those working over 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally.
• Must be able to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
