Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Saulsbury, Tennessee. These part-time positions offer a flexible schedule with the chance to transition to full-time as caseloads grow. Candidates will work directly with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies and treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; preferred Bachelor's in Psychology or Education.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
