Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Kennesaw, Georgia. This part-time position offers flexibility with the potential to grow into a full-time role as caseloads expand.

Key responsibilities include working with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably a background in psychology or education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel locally if necessary.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
