Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Kathleen, Georgia. These part-time positions offer the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing individualized treatment plans, and communicating with families. Candidates should hold a high school diploma; a Bachelor's is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and local travel availability.
• Ability to engage clients, move unassisted, and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress using PBS tools.
