Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Buford, Georgia. Positions are part-time with the potential to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

The ideal candidate will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies, and will receive training and ongoing support. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a pathway for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and communicate with families.
