Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Austell, Georgia. These part-time positions provide the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Successful candidates will work directly with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting client progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Reliable transportation

Education

High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field a plus)
